A fixed date changes everything
Most print has a soft deadline. An exhibition does not — the hall opens whether your stand arrived or not.
That has two practical consequences. Order earlier than feels necessary, because everyone exhibiting at the same show orders in the same week and the whole market’s capacity tightens together. And decide the specification early, because last-minute changes are where deadlines are actually lost.

Design for a walking reader
A stand is read in about three seconds by someone moving past. That allows one statement of what you do, readable from three metres, plus your name.
Everything below waist height is behind a table. Everything above about two metres is out of comfortable sightline. The useful area is narrower than the stand.
Reuse the hardware
If you already own roll-up stands, most cassettes reload with a new graphic at a fraction of the cost of new hardware. Send a photo of the base and we will print to fit.

How far ahead should we order for an exhibition?
Earlier than feels necessary. Everyone exhibiting at the same show orders in the same week, so production and delivery capacity across the whole market tightens at once. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable; three days is a gamble on somebody else's schedule.
What actually works on an exhibition stand?
Far less copy than people put on. A visitor reads a stand while walking past: one clear statement of what you do, at a size readable from three metres, and your name. Service lists and paragraphs are read by nobody in a hall.
Can we reuse the stand and change the graphic?
Yes, and it is much cheaper than replacing hardware. Most roll-up cassettes can be reloaded with a new print. Tell us the make and size, or send a photo of the base, and we print to fit.
