Design as part of printing, not a separate purchase

Most of our customers do not have a designer, do not have an artwork file, and do not particularly want to commission one. They want an invoice book that is correct and a flyer that works.

So for the great majority of jobs, design is simply part of the work. You send what you have — a photo, a logo, an old sample, a sketch on paper — and we build the artwork needed to print it.

Where design is quoted separately

Some work is substantial enough to stand on its own:

• Company profiles — a multi-page document used in tenders and introductions
• Full brand identity — a logo and the system around it
• Campaign artwork — a set of pieces designed to work together

These are quoted as design work rather than folded into a print price.

Bilingual work

Arabic layout is not translation. It reverses the reading direction, changes where the cover sits on a folded document, joins its letters, and breaks lines differently. We set Arabic as live text, properly, rather than pasting in an image of it.

This is the part most often done badly in Dubai, and it is immediately obvious to anyone who reads Arabic.

You keep the files

The finished artwork is yours. We supply the print-ready files, and you can take them elsewhere if you want to. That seems obvious, and it is not universal.
