Printing for Clinics and Medical Centres in Dubai
Falcon Advertising prints patient registration and consent forms, prescription pads, appointment cards, privacy window film and wayfinding signage for clinics, dental practices and medical centres across Dubai, in Arabic and English.

Forms are a compliance document, not stationery
A clinic’s forms carry consent, medical history and patient identity. They need to be readable, complete, and in a language the patient actually understands.
That last point is not a nicety. A consent form the patient cannot read is not meaningful consent, which is why bilingual layout is the default here rather than an upgrade.
What clinics usually order
- Patient registration and history forms
- Consent forms, often specific to the procedure
- Prescription pads — numbered where required
- Appointment cards
- Referral letters on letterhead
- Specimen and sample labels
- Privacy film for consultation room glass
- Wayfinding — room numbers, department signs, directions
Small practical things that matter
Leave writing areas unlaminated. Appointment cards and prescription pads get written on, and laminate rejects most pens.
Number anything that must be traceable. Prescription pads and consent forms are far easier to audit with a sequential number.
Frost at seated height, not full height. Privacy where patients are, light everywhere else.
Questions
Clinics & medical: Common questions
Do patient forms need to be bilingual?
In practice yes. A consent or registration form a patient cannot read is not meaningful consent, and a significant share of patients in Dubai read Arabic first. Both languages on the same sheet is the norm and avoids maintaining two versions.
Can you print appointment cards that are actually kept?
The ones that get kept are wallet-sized, on card heavy enough not to crease, with space to write the date legibly. 350gsm with the writing area left unlaminated — ink will not take reliably on a laminated surface, which is the mistake that only shows up after printing.
What about privacy on consultation room glass?
Frosted vinyl at seated height is the standard answer — it gives privacy where it is needed while keeping the light and not making the space feel closed. We can cut it to a band, a pattern, or your logo.
